Enventis Provides 'Total Care Support' Services to Gundersen Lutheran
Communications solution furthers customer's mission
MANKATO, Minn.--Sept. 24, 2007--HickoryTech (NASDAQ:HTCO) announced today its Enventis subsidiary has secured a significant contract renewal to provide Total Care Support services to Gundersen Lutheran Health System, a comprehensive health care -network based out of La Crosse, Wis.
The agreement provides Enventis' Total Care Support services including: advanced monitoring, alerting, proactive customer care and Cisco SMARTnet maintenance. Enventis will provide around-the-clock technology support and monitoring to Gundersen Lutheran's 40 locations across Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
